Duties

- Manage point-of-sale transactions efficiently using POS systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and receipt processing
- Upsell complementary products such as lighters, cutters, humidors, and gift sets to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to promote featured products and seasonal offerings
- Monitor inventory levels regularly, perform stock replenishment, and assist with inventory counts to ensure product availability
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with clear communication and friendly attitude
Skills
- Proven experience with POS systems, cashiering, retail sales, and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Supervising experience preferred to oversee daily store operations or assist team members as needed
- Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining features and benefits clearly
- Bilingual skills are a plus to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Strong phone etiquette for engaging customers remotely or answering inquiries professionally
