Job description:
Our client, located in Wilmer, is seeking Production Operators to join their growing manufacturing team. Production Operators monitor the performance and efficiency of production equipment and communicate with the Line Leader about any line issues.
Responsibilities:
- Verifies that the correct material is being consumed at the production line according to the Build of Materials
- Identify and record acceptable and defective products
- Assembles, inspects, and cleans solar modules per work instructions
- Operate and conduct continuous monitoring of automated machinery
- Connect cables and wires to complete assemblies and installations
- Perform basic quality auditing, testing, and troubleshooting functions to ensure product quality
Shifts:
A - Sun - Wed 6am-6pm
B - Sun - Wed 6pm 6am - 10% shift diff
C - Wed - Sat 6am-6pm
D - Wed - Sat 6pm 6am - 10% diff
*All shifts work every other Wednesday
