Responsibilities
As an Installation & Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Installing and repairing windows, doors, siding, gutters, and other exterior products
- Performing service and repair work with strong attention to detail
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional job site
- Communicating professionally with customers and team members
- Working independently or as part of a crew
- Handling additional installation or service-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in exterior remodeling, construction, installation, or a related trade
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, ladders, and job-site equipment
- Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
- A team-first attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
Schedule
This position is Monday through Friday with a 7:00 AM start time. Overtime may be available as needed based on workload.
