Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing employee handbook
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Interpreting and advising on employment law
- Manage welfare for employees (e.g. health insurance, cellphone, etc)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
- Making Email correspondence, announcements, and notifications
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the US
- Korean & English bilingual
Preferred but not limited to
- Experience in the HR department
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Skilled Communication

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
