Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, including desks, countertops, and equipment.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks.
- Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
