Home Health Clinical Supervisor
Advantage Health Systems(San Diego, CA)
We are currently in need of Clinical Supervisor to ensure that patient care services are coordinated, managed and delivered appropriately.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS for HOME HEALTH CLINICAL SUPERVISOR/RN:
- Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of California
- CPR (BLS)
- CA Driver’s License*
QUALIFICATIONS FOR HOME HEALTH CLINICAL SUPERVISOR/ RN:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of California
- With at least one (1) year experience in Acute Care setting
- With (2) two years management or supervisory experience within the past five years in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility.
- Possesses good nursing judgment and excellent in oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge and expertise in clinical decision-making and Quality Management review and evaluation.
- Knowledge of federal regulations, state licensure requirements and JCAHO standards..
