Zeal Care is growing our network of behavioral health providers on the Eastside, and we're looking for a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP / ARNP) who wants to run their own practice without carrying the administrative burden alone.
You focus on patient care. We handle referrals, credentialing, billing, and scheduling infrastructure so you get the autonomy of private practice with the support of a growing network behind you.

Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Develop and manage medication and treatment plans
- Provide ongoing follow-up care and monitor patient progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR
- Collaborate with other providers in the network as needed
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted ARNP/APRN license in Washington State
- Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- Active DEA license
- Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health practice preferred
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms

Pay: $109,049.41 - $131,328.33 per year
