We are looking for an integrative clinician with a passion for counseling to join the team at The Other Road Counseling PLLC, who would like to help individuals flourish.

What we do
We have built a team of highly specialized counselors who serve children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. We specialize in working with the following diagnoses: anxiety, depression, autism, chronic illness, family conflict, grief, relationships, attachment issues, trauma (including EMDR), men’s issues, OCD, perfectionism, performance anxiety, career transitions, self-esteem, and body image.
We are person-centered, trauma-informed therapists. Our team utilizes EMDR therapy (including variations for children), play therapy (direct and indirect), CBT, SFBT, DBT, mindfulness, somatic therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) within a holistic approach. What we are looking for
- Licensure: Must hold an active Colorado license: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, LSW, or SWC.
- Clinical Scope: Must be comfortable and competent working with children (under 12 years old) as well as adolescents and adults.
- Caseload Target: Willingness and ability to scale up to and manage a caseload of at least 20 clients per week.
- Operations: Completes clinical documentation in a timely, accurate manner; possesses strong computer and organizational skills.
- Culture Fit: Values continuity of care, desires a long-term opportunity, open to constructive feedback, and wants to be part of a cohesive team.
Compensation & Benefits
Administrative Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour for documentation, meetings, and all non-clinical tasks.
Clinical Session Rates:
- Pre-Licensed Tiers (LPCC, LSW, SWC): $35-$55 per completed session
60 Minute Session (90837): $55 per session
45 Minute Session (90834): $50 per session
30 Minute Session (90832): $35 per session
- Licensed Tiers (LPC, LMFT, LCSW): $40-$60 per completed session.
60 Minute Session (90837): $60 per session
45 Minute Session (90834): $55 per session
30 Minute Session (90832): $40 per session
Part-Time Tier (Under 20 clients/week)
- Complete schedule freedom
- Colorado Paid Sick Leave (FAMLI)

- Paid weekly team meetings and case reviews
- Free clinical supervision toward licensure (for pre-licensed tiers)
- Weekly and as-needed clinical consultation with leadership

- After 6 months (and maintaining 15+ clients): Optional Simple IRA with a 3% company match, $500 annual CEU/training stipend, and potential monthly bonuses.
Full-Time Tier (20+ clients/week)
- Includes all benefits listed in the Part-Time Tier, plus:
- After 6 months (and maintaining 20+ clients): Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) to use toward medical expenses or health insurance premiums.
- After 6 months (and maintaining 20+ clients): Tuition Reimbursement ($200/month stipend toward student loans).
Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
