What You'll Do
As a Caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes while building meaningful relationships and improving their quality of life.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene)
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing light meals and assisting with feeding when needed
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry
- Providing medication reminders
- Assisting with walking, transfers, and mobility
- Transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Observing and reporting changes in clients' conditions
- Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating with the office as needed
Qualifications
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- At least 18 years old
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Reliable with dependable transportation
- Able to pass a Level II Background Check
- Able to pass a drug screening
- CPR & First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain before starting)
- Current TB Skin Test or Chest X-Ray (or willing to obtain)
- Previous caregiving, PCA, HHA, CNA, or related healthcare experience is preferred, but caring individuals are encouraged to apply.
