We are looking for dependable, compassionate people to join our team as Animal Caregivers at our non-profit animal shelter. Every day, we work to improve the lives of homeless and unwanted animals in the Chequamegon Bay Area and beyond.
Shift Options:
7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
(7 days a week; flexible scheduling available)
Our shelter cares for nearly 1,000 animals each year—and we need caring hands and dedicated hearts to help us keep making a difference.
Bonus Skills (but not required):
Experience with animals, animal behavior, or veterinary medicine
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
Strong problem-solving skills
Friendly and professional “people person”
Reliable and punctual
Works well independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with cleaning animal waste/fluids
Organized and detail-oriented
Compassionate and patient
Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license
