Duties
- Handle inventory control by stocking, picking, packing, and organizing products.
- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory records.
- Assist customers in the shop by providing product knowledge and support with order fulfillment.
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to OSHA regulations and mechanical safety procedures during heavy equipment operation and materials handling.
- Support warehouse distribution activities by load & unload operations, packaging goods, and preparing shipments.
- Professionally answer phone inquiries and provide customer support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Process incoming shipments and restock inventory accordingly.
- Valid certification for operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, or pallet jacks; OSHA safety training preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory management, stock control, and order picking & packing.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Assist and advise customers in the retail shop.
- Work every other Saturday.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
