Luna Data Solutions is seeking an OCM Analyst for an onsite long term project in South Austin.
- This role requires onsite presence 4–5 days per week
- Candidates must reside in the Austin area at time of submittal
- Long term contract, 12 months initially, can extend
The primary role and responsibility of OCM Analyst is to schedule, plan and execute project-level change strategies, including the measurement of change readiness and long-term sustainability.
The OCM analyst works closely with the project managers, business relationship managers, risk managers, application development team, quality assurance team, and other technology partners (DBAs, SAs, etc.) to provide complete the IT Operations' tasks. Develops and implements testing, communication and training strategies and deliverables. Experience in being a team player in change management process. Possess in depth knowledge of each line of business in order to anticipate necessary changes in related to training, communications, stakeholder buy-in, behavioral change to facilitate successful implementation of software applications and systems.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years working knowledge of OCM methodologies such as PROSCI which includes development of such deliverables as Stakeholder Analysis, Change Strategies, Change Impact Analysis and Communications Assessments.
- 5+ years of experience developing work products such as change management plans, communications plans and training plans. Execution of plans and work products is expected with stakeholder engagement and end-user adoption critical to success and measured through metrics and reporting (created by the OCM Analyst).
- 5+ years providing project teams with coaching and guidance based on industry best practices to improve cross-functional coordination and communication during project execution.
- 5+ years of experience working with and reach all levels of employees.
- 3+ years of experience on large Information Technology efforts with agency-wide impact.
- 3+ years creating a weekly executive summary of all project statuses including highlights for leadership's attention. Generating high-quality, tailored reports and analysis to inform the decision making of senior leadership.
- 3+ years of developing content for dissemination to non-technical users.
- 3+ years supporting the development and maintenance of relationships within the team. Developing and executing communications plans for the CRM to communicate project work, priorities, and impacts across the agency in an effort to provide transparency into CRM projects.
- 3+ years providing project teams and users with documentation based on industry best practices to improve understanding of technical changes.
- 3+ years contributing to an inclusive environment that values differences by building and maintaining collaborative relationships with team members, peers, and leaders. Actively embody team values and behaviors including accountability, ethics, and best-in-class customer service. Contribute to a culture of trust and transparency by sharing information broadly, openly, and deliberately.
- 3+ years supporting vision for Engagement, Culture, and Communications. Working closely with team members and management to implement and support effective solutions for change management. Maintaining currency with technology, standards, and best practices. Supporting process improvement efforts within the team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Change Management or related field.
- 3 years of marketing and/or corporate communications experience.
