Shift: 1st shift, 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday
Rate: $22.00-$25.00 (based on experience)
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team producing high-quality precision components for industrial equipment. Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC machining centers to manufacture precision components.
- Produce quality parts while meeting production schedules and cycle times.
- Adjust tooling, machine offsets, and machine controls as needed.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Work closely with team members to ensure quality and efficiency goals are met.
Qualifications:
- Previous CNC machining experience required.
- Experience programming CNC machining centers is preferred but not required.
- Manual lathe and/or manual mill experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage production priorities.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
