The ideal candidate loves to smile, laugh, bring a sense of calm, and make every patient feel like they are the only person in the room. You are highly organized, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can multitask, see what needs to be done without being asked, and support both patients and providers.
You will be the patient’s first and last contact, assisting them at the front desk with scheduling, answering phones, collecting payments, and whatever else they may need. You will also help assist practitioners with key roles in the patient's treatments.
This is a very part-time, flexible and growing position with daytime hours and occasional weekend hours.
