Integrity Stores, an Authorized Retailer for AT&T, is looking for driven, customer-focused individuals to join our team in Anderson, SC. If you’re passionate about helping others, love learning, and want to be part of a positive, values-based culture, this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Educate customers on AT&T wireless, internet, and TV products
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs
- Recommend solutions based on eligibility and preferences
- Process transactions accurately and explain service details
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment
- Participate in ongoing training and development

What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- Age 18 or older
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Availability to work at least 30 hours/week, including evenings and weekends
