Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Physical Therapist to join our established outpatient clinic. This position offers an existing patient caseload, a supportive administrative team, and the opportunity to utilize hands-on manual therapy techniques while delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and re-evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans with functional goals.
- Provide manual therapy and neuromuscular movement retraining.
- Progress treatment plans based on patient outcomes.
- Complete accurate documentation and communicate with referring physicians as needed.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Illinois Physical Therapist license.
- Minimum 3 years of Physical Therapist experience.
- Current CPR certification.
