Three Casks is located in the Nashville Airport, we are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast pace atmosphere, provide quick service and has a passion for creating menu items that start from scratch.

What you will need to succeed:
- 3+ years' experience in full service restaurant kitchen management experience; experience with a New Store Opening would be preferable
- Hospitality minded who focuses on staffing and guest satisfaction
- Ability to work with a team and make independent decisions when necessary
- Computer skills - proficient in Aloha, Excel, Word, Hot Schedules, and the ability to learn in house software for Accounting and Human Resources
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
Responsibilities:
- Daily operations management of the restaurant
- Anticipate the needs of the restaurant and react to them
- Ensure labor and COGs are controlled
- Be a positive leader for the team
- Maintain safety and security of both guest and team members
- Provide daily coaching, counseling, training and development of all team members
