About the Opportunity
Sovereign Financials is expanding and looking for motivated individuals who are interested in building a career in the financial services industry.
Our organization works with individuals and families on financial protection, life insurance, retirement planning, and wealth-building strategies. We provide structured training and education to help qualified candidates prepare for the required Texas insurance licensing examination.
No prior financial-services experience is required.
Responsibilities
As a Financial Services Representative, you will:
- Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and needs
- Educate individuals and families about financial protection and retirement strategies
- Help clients evaluate appropriate financial products and solutions
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Participate in licensing preparation, training, and ongoing education
- Attend team training and professional-development sessions
- Build and manage your own client network
- Work with experienced professionals and mentors
Qualifications

Financial-services experience is not required.
Licensing & Training
Candidates must obtain the appropriate Texas insurance license before conducting activities that require a license.
Our organization provides licensing education, exam preparation, training courses, classes, mentorship, and ongoing professional development to help candidates work toward meeting the licensing requirements.
Licensing requirements must be satisfied before conducting licensed activities.
Compensation
Commission-based compensation.
This is not a traditional hourly or salaried position. Compensation is based on production and performance. There is no guarantee of income, and results vary based on individual effort, production, and other factors.
