Swimming Pool Technician - No Experience Necessary

The Role: A successful Swimming Pool Technician will be doing weekly cleanings and winterizing swimming pools. Being flexible and able to adapt to the unknown is key for day-to-day operations in this role.
Applicants must have the following:
- Excellent customer service
- A positive and motivated attitude
- The ability to build strong relationships with teammates.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications:
- A strong understanding of pool maintenance, service, and installation practices and techniques preferred but not required.
- 2 years of pool service and/or installation experience preferred. Willing to train the right candidate.
- A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Clean criminal background
- Transportation to and from company shop (Falmouth)
Education: High school diploma or GED, preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Willing and able to work in all weather conditions for extended periods of time. Extreme heat and/or rain.
- Able to walk, bend, squat, kneeling, twisting, dig, rake etc. for an entire shift.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Salary & Pay:
- Starting pay $21.00 and up (per hour.) based on qualifications

Job Type & Hours:
- Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays April through June.
- Full-time: April through November annually.
