Job Summary:
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist healthcare providers in delivering patient care efficiently and effectively.
Duties:
- Perform clinical tasks, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with procedures.
- Administer medications under the direction of healthcare providers.
- Conduct basic laboratory tests and sterilize medical instruments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with billing and coding procedures.
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and medication instructions.
- Ensure a clean and organized medical environment.
- Check-in & Check-out patients.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and coding.
- Ability to perform vital signs assessment accurately.
- Experience in X-Ray procedures is a plus.
- Basic life support certification required.
- Competence in medication administration.
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and compassion.
- Ability to work effectively in a medical facility setting.
- Team player.
- Open-minded.
