We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Retrofit Installer who can deliver quality work, treat customers and coworkers with respect, and bring a positive attitude to the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Replacing and upgrading residential heating and cooling systems
- Installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, coils, and related equipment
- Completing ductwork modifications and equipment transitions
- Performing system start-ups and confirming proper operation
- Following manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company safety procedures
- Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and professional
- Communicating with homeowners and keeping them informed
- Working alongside a team that helps each other get the job done right
- Loading, unloading, and organizing equipment and installation materials
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You
- Have previous residential HVAC installation experience
- Take pride in clean, high-quality workmanship
- Can troubleshoot installation issues without cutting corners
- Show up on time and can be counted on by your team
- Treat customers, their homes, and your coworkers with respect
- Can work safely in attics, crawlspaces, and other tight spaces
- Can safely lift and move HVAC equipment
- Have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- Are legally authorized to work in the United States
Certifications
EPA and NATE certifications are both a huge plus, but they are not required. If you have the right experience, work ethic, and attitude, we still want to hear from you.
