We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join Spec Truss LLC!

Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize production and delivery paperwork.
- Assist with releasing jobs to production and preparing delivery packages.
- Update daily production records in the company system.
- Contact customers to confirm deliveries and request schedule updates.
- Follow up with customers to obtain production updates, delivery dates, and scheduling information.
- Perform weekly inventory counts of production materials, monitor inventory levels, and assist with preparing purchase requests.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment parts, service appointments, and technical support when needed.
- Help track equipment maintenance and ensure machines are kept clean and organized.
- Support the Production Foreman and Operations Manager with daily operational tasks.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Proven office management or administrative experience with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in an office, warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or logistics environment is a plus, but training will be provided.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
