Regional Float Front Desk Team Member / Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.)

HealthCARE Express is looking for a friendly, dependable, and flexible team member to join our team as a Regional Float Director of First Impressions, or D.O.F.I.
This is a part-time, as-needed position providing front desk coverage at our Richmond Road, Wake Village, and Arkansas Boulevard clinics. Rather than being assigned to one location, you'll float between these clinics based on coverage needs.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, works well with different teams, and has the flexibility to travel between locations.
$15.00 per hour
Part-time, as-needed
Primarily 12-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Must be willing and able to work at Richmond Road, Wake Village, and Arkansas Boulevard
Hours and clinic location will vary based on coverage needs
As a Regional Float D.O.F.I., you'll help keep front office operations running smoothly wherever you're needed. Responsibilities include:
Welcoming patients and assisting with check-in
Confirming patient demographics and insurance information
Answering incoming calls
Collecting payments and maintaining accurate patient accounts
Scanning and maintaining patient documentation
Responding to patient questions and concerns professionally
Maintaining patient privacy and following HIPAA requirements
Communicating closely with providers and other team members
Cross-training and stepping in where support is needed
We're looking for someone who is adaptable, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in different clinic environments. Strong communication and customer service skills are important, along with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
Basic computer skills are required, and previous medical office or front desk experience is helpful.
