Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Guitar Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music education and a love for teaching others how to play the guitar.
Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging guitar lesson plans for students of various skill levels
- Instruct students on proper playing techniques, music theory, and performance skills
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their guitar playing abilities
- Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment for students
- Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the overall music education program
Requirements:
- Proficiency in playing the guitar and knowledge of different music genres
- Experience working with students of all ages, from children to adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to tailor teaching methods to suit individual student needs
Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in childhood development or adult education
