American Towing & Tire Co. is seeking an experienced, dependable individual to join our team. We are looking for someone with a strong automotive background who can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing accurate auto repair estimates
- Ordering and tracking parts
- Assisting customers with repair recommendations
- Dispatching towing and roadside service calls
- Coordinating with drivers and technicians
- Diagnosing automotive repair needs
- Assisting with tire sales, repairs, and installations
- Maintaining inventory and vendor relationships
Qualifications:
- Extensive automotive repair experience required
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and ordering systems
- Experience writing repair estimates
- Towing dispatch experience preferred
- Commercial and passenger tire experience required
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Candidate:
We are seeking a hands-on, mechanically inclined individual who is comfortable working both in the office and in the shop. The ideal candidate will have experience in auto repair, towing operations, parts management, and tire service.
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Must be able to work in a shop environment with high temperatures and varying weather conditions.
- Must be capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy parts and tires.
- Must be comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and working on vehicles for extended periods.
- Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Must be willing to work both indoors and outdoors in a fast-paced towing and repair environment.
- Must be able to multitask and transition between shop duties, customer service, and dispatch responsibilities.
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
