We are looking for someone with sales, marketing, customer service, and with hiring/firing employees & dealing with sub-contractors and vendors etc. If you are a quick learner, and take initiative, we can teach you what you need to know about property management.
In this role, you’ll manage a high-volume property portfolio with a strong focus on occupancy and leasing performance. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, overseeing collections, managing waitlists, controlling expenses, and fostering strong resident relationships.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in property management, along with excellent customer service and technical skills. Success in this role requires the ability to multitask, think critically, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with an excellent and comprehensive benefit package including employer-paid health insurance, a retirement plan with 3% match, dental & vision insurance option, employee housing discount, three weeks paid-time-off per year, and eight paid holidays per year.
