About the Job
Signarama Lacey is a locally owned sign shop creating custom signs, vehicle graphics, window graphics, banners, and more for local businesses. We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Part-Time Production & Installation Associate to help in our shop and occasionally assist with on-site installs.
This is a great fit for someone who likes working with tools, enjoys variety, and takes pride in quality work.
What You’ll Do
Production / Shop Work
- Weed, mask, and prep vinyl graphics
- Help operate/assist with printers, plotters, and laminators (training provided)
- Assist with sign assembly and finishing (mounting, trimming, prepping substrates, packaging)
- Keep the production area clean, organized, and efficient
Installation / Field Support
- Assist with installing window and wall graphics, basic signage, and vehicle decals
- Help load/unload materials, prep sites, and keep tools organized
- Safely use ladders and hand/power tools (training provided)
- Maintain a professional, friendly presence when on customer sites
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and on-time with strong work ethic
- Comfortable with hands-on work, tools, and detailed tasks
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors/outdoors as needed
- Comfortable working on ladders (within safety guidelines)
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record (required if driving company vehicles)
- Sign/print/installation experience is a plus — we will train the right person
Bonus if you:
- Have graphic design experience
- Have sign shop experience
Schedule
- Part-time weekday hours (often 15–25 hours/week depending on workload)
- Some flexibility available, but we need consistent availability
