Logistics & Benefits
- Schedule: Predictable full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM.
- Pay: Starting from $18.50 per hour. $250 bonus opportunity once certified.
- Required: High school diploma/equivalent, reliable transportation, ability to pass a clinical background check, and willingness to maintain an active RBT certification.

The Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will:
- Work 1:1 with children (ages 2-6) under BCBA supervision.
- Implement personalized treatment plans.
- Accurately record progress using our data collection system.
- Build positive relationships with families and team members.
- Note: Role includes assisting with diaper changing/toileting as needed.
Experience in the following roles has proven to have a successful transition into the RBT role:
- Nanny
- Teacher
- Teacher Assistant
- Paraprofessional
- Special Education teacher
- Early childhood education provider
- Daycare Teacher
- Psychology Degree
