- Assist the Veterinarian with routine patient appointments and surgical procedures
- Safe and proper handling of small animals during examination and treatment
- Collect and preserve laboratory samples
- Perform all routine work and procedures as in standard animal clinic
- Collaborate with Veterinarians to develop training courses for staff members
- Ensure all surgical equipment is properly sterilized and stored
- Prepare appointment rooms prior to scheduled patient visits
- Answers telephones using proper etiquette and tone as determined by established standards.
- All day to day front desk work
