This position is located onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Service Manager.

What You'll Do
-
Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, observing Lithia and manufacturer standards

Diagnose cause of malfunction

Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements

Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work
-
Record time spent repairs using company time clocking procedures

Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results

The technician provides and maintains an inventory of normal mechanics tools. These tools include screwdrivers, wrenches, socket wrenches, pliers, hammers, chisels, and punches, and other tools needed to perform the work for which the technician is trained. The service department does not normally inventory these tools as "special tools.""

Maintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning every day.

Complete all required training

Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary and required training
What You'll Bring

Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.

We prefer experience as an express/quick lube technician, but do not require it.

Operate several cars, light trucks, and vans, with the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.

A team player who is focused on providing outstanding customer service.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total Rewards
Flat rate pay range for this role is $19-$21 per flagged hour. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
