We're looking for a caring, motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, bringing individualized treatment plans to life under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality therapy, building meaningful skills, encouraging positive behavior change, and helping clients thrive in their everyday lives.
What You'll Do
Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans developed by a BCBA
Apply positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and strengthen desired behaviors
Collect and accurately record data on client progress, maintaining clear and thorough documentation
Partner with BCBAs, families, and team members to ensure consistent, continuous care
Deliver services across home, school, and community settings as needed
What You'll Bring
18 years of age or older
High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus
Experience working with children or individuals with special needs; prior ABA experience is a bonus
A strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
