TradeWorX is hiring experienced Journeyman Plumbers for long-term residential construction work in the Medina area. This project includes a full 120-unit residential buildout starting with underground rough-in and continuing through final finish plumbing. We are looking for dependable plumbers who can work independently, maintain production pace, and show up ready to work every day.

- Up to $28/hour based on experience

Job Responsibilities
- Perform underground rough-in plumbing installation
- Install drains, supply lines, PEX, and copper piping
- Install hot water tanks, sinks, and finish plumbing fixtures
- Read and work from plans/layouts as needed
- Maintain safe and productive work practices on site
- Work through all phases of construction from rough-in to finish
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience
- Experience with residential new construction preferred
- Strong understanding of drains, pipe systems, and finish work
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be dependable and able to report daily
- OSHA 10 preferred
