The Operations Associate is responsible for performing various tasks such as planning, providing support and coordinating to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse and production operations.

Support development and maintenance of accurate reporting systems to track operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement. This includes RTS and ECR reporting.

Assists in panel shop operations by performing configuration of panels based on specifications, production scheduling, NC logging, purchase request processing and customer delivery coordination.

Manage inventory levels for the production (panel shop) and warehouse, ensuring optimal stock levels and accuracy.

Support receiving, processing and staging incoming shipments for production. This includes picking parts for production, sales and transfers.

Assist with planning and coordinating operation projects.

Support production and warehouse operations by providing coverage where is needed and handling ad hoc tasks.

Responsible for production close outs and production admin- related tasks such as ticket printing and managing travelers.
