We are looking for an insurance coordinator for our thriving TMJ and Sleep Apnea dental practice. Our coordinator screens new patients being seen for Sleep Apnea, TMD, and snoring and works with insurance companies, referring physicians, and our patients to verify eligibility of benefits, candidacy for treatment, and insurance billing. Please note this position is in-office and not remote due to the importance of regularly communicating with our patients, office manager, and staff during clinic hours, which are Mon-Thurs 7am to 3pm with our office closed one week a month.
We are seeking someone highly dependable, meticulous, organized, and experienced in insurance vernacular and processes.

Responsibilities
- Screen new patients being considered for treatment
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits with patient's insurance company
- Coordinate documentation from referring physicians, imaging facilities, etc.
- Schedule patients for treatment once approved
- Oversee medical billing and payment for patient's treatment
