Position Summary:

The Supervisor of Permanency Services provides supervision and consultation to the case teams providing direct services to children and families in order to facilitate safety, permanency and well-being.
Location:
Education:

Master’s degree in a field licensable by the BSRB
Experience:
-
Three years’ experience in children and family services
-
Requires Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as Outlook email
Licensure/Certification:

Valid drivers license
-
Valid Auto Insurance
-
At least 21 years old
Essential Duties:
- Develop and improve child welfare systems focused on safety, stability, and community integration, utilizing evidence-based practices.

Monitor case management services for children and families.

Coordinate therapy plans for individuals, groups, and families.
-
Implement program service plans and department objectives.
-
Consult with permanency staff as needed.
-
Supervise, assign tasks, and evaluate staff performance.
-
Customize case plans for clients and families.
-
Review and edit reports for quality and timeliness.
-
Train staff on policies, ensuring compliance.
-
Act as an emergency contact for staff.
-
Provide organizational training as required.
-
Ensure services comply with regulations and contracts.
-
Represent the organization at external meetings.
-
Manage staff appointments, discharges, and HR issues.
-
Attend internal organizational meetings.
-
Oversee staff training and ensure completion of required hours.
-
Improve contract-specific outcomes based on requirements.

Maintain relationships with DCF, courts, and community partners.

Assist in connecting clients with community resources.
-
Ensure compliance with court orders.
-
Attend mandatory trainings.
