Responsibilities
- Engage with community members through door-to-door canvassing to promote our programs or initiatives
- Clearly communicate key messages, benefits, and information to diverse audiences
- Build rapport with potential supporters or clients by demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Collect feedback, answer questions, and address concerns professionally and confidently
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, including contact details and responses
- Coordinate with team members to ensure coverage of assigned areas and meet outreach goals
- Follow safety protocols during outdoor work and adhere to organizational guidelines for respectful engagement
Qualifications
- Previous experience in field sales, canvassing, or outdoor marketing is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to connect with diverse communities
- Demonstrated customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods
- Supervising experience or leadership qualities are advantageous for team coordination roles
- Experience in telemarketing or fundraising can enhance your effectiveness in this role

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per week
