Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will work directly with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans and providing support to enhance their quality of life. This role requires a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals.
This is a full time position Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm
Duties
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of client care activities.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide education on behavioral strategies and techniques.
- Support clients in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to behavioral therapy.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in the field of ABA. Applications without ABA experience will NOT be considered
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is required.
- Familiarity with client assessment methods and ABA practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independence in client care.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in patient care.

Pay: $25.50 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
