Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the educational development of students in a supportive and engaging environment.
Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives
- Provide instruction in various subjects such as preschool education, physical education, and behavioral therapy
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a positive learning environment
- Utilize behavioral management techniques to support students' social and emotional growth
- Collaborate with staff to create an inclusive and diverse learning experience
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
Skills
- Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Knowledge of behavioral health, deaf education, and working with people with disabilities
- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques
- Background in preschool education and daycare settings
Pay: From $19.50 per hour
