Responsibilities
Develop and implement customized LEGO curriculum tailored to the developmental levels and unique needs of students with special needs

Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all students
Experience
Prior experience working with children in educational especially with special-needs populations
Demonstrated ability to develop curriculum plans that incorporate creative arts and hands-on learning tools like LEGO
Strong classroom management skills with a focus on behavior management and fostering positive interactions
Background in tutoring or youth programs teaching experience that emphasizes patience, adaptability, and engagement
Familiarity with lesson planning for diverse age groups and abilities, including preschool-age children or those requiring specialized support
