Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
- Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits
- Upsell additional items or services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume
- Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure showroom floor is organized
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls from customers or vendors
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in furniture or specialty stores
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math calculations
- Supervising experience is a plus, especially in managing team members or training new staff
- Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and inventory management tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customers effectively
- Knowledge of furniture or mattress store operations and retail sales transactions is highly desirable
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
