Salary: $120,000-160,000

Key Responsibilities for the Sr. Accountant – Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting:
- Support monthly close, consolidation, and financial reporting processes
- Research and document technical accounting matters and white papers
- Ensure compliance with SEC, US GAAP, and SOX requirements
- Prepare and support 10-Q and 10-K filings and disclosures
- Develop accounting policies and implement new accounting standards
Qualifications for the Sr. Accountant – Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting:
- 5+ years of accounting or finance experience (public accounting preferred)
- 3+ years of SEC reporting experience (10-Q / 10-K)
- 3+ years applying complex accounting standards
