Coordinate staff schedules and daily practice operations

Support the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks

Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office workflow

Assist in maintaining a positive and professional patient experience

Contribute to achieving year-over-year revenue and profitability growth

Ensure strict compliance with cash management and accounting procedures

Serve as acting manager of the practice in the absence of the Operations Manager

Develop work schedules and assign team members to designated responsibilities

Provide strategic feedback on operational tactics that improve financial performance and patient outcomes, enabling broader organizational adoption

Ensure the office maintains high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep in alignment with established operational guidelines

High school diploma or equivalent required

Prior experience working in a dental office required
