General Duties:

Customer Service: Greet customers promptly and professionally; keep them informed of wait times

Service Consultation: Perform a walk-around with customers at check-in, presenting a service menu with recommended maintenance

Data Management: Obtain and accurately record customer and vehicle information

Maintenance Advice: Educate customers on vehicle care and maintenance based on manufacturers' specifications
Qualifications:

Experience: Dealership experience preferred

Skills: Strong customer service, sales, automotive knowledge, and administrative skills

Attributes: Must be drug-free, have a good driving record, and be able to pass a background check
