Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to join our outpatient healthcare team. As a nurse at Milton Jefferson, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients, conducting assessments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition promptly.
- Assist with sterile processing and laboratory procedures when required.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Support patients in assisted living environments, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Skills
- Proficient in performing physical examinations and patient assessments.
- Experience sterile processing techniques.
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and the ability to interpret lab results.
- Ability to provide care for inpatient settings, including monitoring vital signs and administering treatments.
