Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service processes, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure a motivated and skilled team.
- Supervise food handling, kitchen management, and food safety procedures to comply with health regulations.
- Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting.
- Control inventory levels, monitor food production, and manage food costs to maximize profitability.
- Lead shift management by coordinating front-of-house and kitchen activities to ensure smooth service.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team that meets our standards.
Experience
- Management experience in fast food, quick-service restaurants, or casual dining establishments.
- Extensive background in restaurant management, including supervising staff and overseeing kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, inventory control, and budget management.
- Experience in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence and team leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively train staff and develop culinary talent.
- Previous experience in shift management, food handling, catering, or banquet roles is highly valued.
