Looking for an Insurance Agency Representative for a growing insurance agency. Our agency focuses mainly on auto, home, and life insurance sales and service. Fun work atmosphere where you are rewarded for your work.
Duties include but aren’t limited to calling current clients, maintaining records and logs for various activities, dealing with client needs, selling insurance, inbound and outbound sales. Organization and the ability to multitask are necessary. Some computer skills are needed. There will be cold calling.
Business casual dress required. Rep must maintain a positive, professional attitude and appearance. A P&C and Life and Health license will be needed but not necessary to start. We will cover the cost for study materials and first try at licensing. Once the license is obtained, there will be an increase in hourly and other compensation.
