Job Responsibilities
- Rigs-up and rigs-down of service equipment, learns to complete documents, reports, and forms in support of the service performed.
- May conduct training in the operation of some or all of the following equipment: shale shakers and screen changes, centrifuges, burn retorts, cuttings handling and slurrification systems, and vacuum and pressure washing systems.
- Requires the ability to effectively communicate with others -supervisors, customers, and rig workers
- Perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; and basic reading comprehension and writing skills.
- Operating heavy equipment (excavator)
- Promotes and takes an active part in the quality improvement process, promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations, and ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months Solids Control Operator experience REQUIRED: Operating various equipment (centrifuges, drying shakers, VCD, mud scale, and retort), daily maintenance and servicing/cleaning of equipment, and compiling daily reports.
- Heavy Equipment -Excavator
- Basic computer & email skills.
- Current Driver's License
- Must have or can acquire Certifications: PEC Safeland, H2S, Heavy Equipment/Excavator Safety
- Must pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Screen, Physical, and Background/MVR Check
- Candidate must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
Shift / Rotations
- 12 Hours p/day
- 4 week on/2 weeks off or 2 weeks on/1 week off (per manager needs)
Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per week
