Schedule
- Monday–Friday: Approximately 25 hours total during the week (starting at 6:30 AM)
- Saturday: Approximately 5-hour shift (NOT EVERY SATURDAY)
- Total: 30 hours per week
- Consistent attendance and availability are required.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain commercial facilities, including offices, warehouses, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Vacuum, mop, scrub, disinfect, and sanitize surfaces.
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment, including buffers, auto-scrubbers, and commercial vacuums.
- Perform floor maintenance, including buffing, scrubbing, and stripping floors when needed.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company procedures.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Physical Requirements
This is a physically active position that requires:
- Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and moving throughout the shift.
- Lifting and carrying equipment and supplies (40–50+ lbs).
- Safely operating commercial floor machines and cleaning equipment.
- Working in warehouse and commercial environments.
Qualifications
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
- Experience with floor buffers, auto-scrubbers, and stripping/buffing floors is highly preferred.
- Work authorization in the United States.
- Valid Social Security number.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required security badge (background check required).
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional attitude and appearance at client locations.
