What You’ll Do
As a Class A CDL Driver based out of our Morristown, IN location, you will safely and efficiently haul material between transfer stations, disposal sites, and other designated locations.
Responsibilities include:
- Safely operate a Class A CDL truck on local hauling routes
- Haul material between transfer stations and disposal sites
- Perform routine, repetitive routes with a strong focus on safety and efficiency
- Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections/DVIRs
- Ensure loads are properly secured and compliant with safety standards
- Maintain awareness of site traffic, heavy equipment, and working conditions at transfer stations and landfills
- Communicate with dispatch and site personnel to support smooth daily operations
- Assist with minor equipment checks and basic maintenance as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass DOT drug screen
- Walking floor/tipper floor hauling experience preferred
- Transfer station or landfill hauling experience preferred
- Strong attention to safety in high-traffic, equipment-heavy environments
- Reliable attendance and consistent work ethic
