Raceway Bar & Grill is seeking an experienced and dependable Kitchen Manager to prepare for a smooth transition as our current Kitchen Manager retires in November.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, motivated, reliable, and confident leading a kitchen team.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing daily kitchen operations
- Leading cooks and kitchen staff
- Keeping food quality consistent
- Overseeing inventory and ordering
- Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
- Scheduling and staff training
Ideal candidate has:
- Kitchen management or lead cook experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Food safety knowledge
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced kitchen
